How to use

Mix 2 level scoops (6g) into 200ml of cool water, a smoothie or yoghurt, ideally in the morning. Start with 1 scoop daily and gradually increase to 2 as tolerated. Avoid mixing with hot liquids or food to protect probiotic viability. Contains milk and soy.
